York Open Saturday 11th September 2010. Entry form click
4th Ingrams League Sunday 1st August 2010. Registration from 10.30 onwards. Trophies will be awarded at the end of the event to 1st, 2nd and 3rd placed athletes at each age group. Please remember that athletes need to have competed at 3 out of the 4 days to qualify for league trophies. "The Ingrams Award" will be presented to one male and one female athlete at ages u9, u11, u13, and u15. This award is made to the athletes who we feel have competed in the spirit of Ingrams League but have not acheived 1st, 2nd or 3rd in the league placings.
