Thursday from 7pm

Sprints and Hurdles from (7pm) and Endrance (8pm - 9.30pm) u15 athletes and above

Friday from 7pm

U8, U9, u11 and u13 fun athletic sessions from 7pm - 8pm. (Now from age 5 years)

Disability section from 7.15pm - 8.15pm.

  Hurdles from 7pm.
