Cage still not in use and can't throw onto the rugby pitch at present, so Bill's group are taking a break from training until Monday January 5th 2009.

Just to whet your appetite, you can download "Bill's Booklet" which summarises the 2008 season.

When they restart it will be a particularly good time for new members and those throwing 30 metres or less to work on their technique for next season. It will also be a very good time for anyone with no experience at all to have a go at the event.

Next big target for Hammer Throwers is the National Winter Handicap competition at the end of February.
