Yorkshire County AA Track & Field Championships
9th May 2009
Held at the Don Valley Stadium, Sheffield, over two days on the weekend of 9th and 10th May 2009.
There are no standards required to enter the championships, but entries need to be in by 5th April, no exceptions for late entries! Click here for more details and team relay entry form.
URGENT - Please put your name on the list in the Club portakabin noticeboard if you plan to go to assist with car sharing and arranging team relay entries. Or email Karen Buck via karenlbuck@hotmail.com ASAP to let her know you are entering. That way Karen can enter Club teams for relays as apprpriate.
This Championship event is a great opportunity to see some great local athletes in action. Local talent like our own Richard Buck will be competing as well Jessica Ennis. It is a chance to see athletes like Emily Freeman and Martyn Bernard - part of the team that went to the Beijing Olympics. So even if you don't enter, a great opportunity to meet some local athletics heroes and be inspired. Please add your name to the list if you plan to go.
