Richard Buck on trail again for World Championships in Istambul.

1st. Outing in Glasgow Kelvin Hall on Saturday.

4th. Place in 47.63 leading Rankings at the moment, watch out for Birmingham games his next outing then on to Sheffield for the National Championships and hopefully a qualifying time for Istambul.

Last year at the European Indoors held in Paris Richard collected his first Senior Individual medal.

A bronze in the 400 metre individuall event, and then a silver in the 4 x 400 Relay.
