ALL ENDURANCE ATHLETES WHO WANT TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING SHOULD DO CROSS COUNTRY - FACT.

In addition, the endurance athletes have a run on Thursday Evenings with Ian Wilcock and Dave Paver - this session may not be on every week - please check with Dave or Ian first. They meet at Hamilton Panthers changing rooms at "Knavesmire Gates".
