Richard Buck retains "National Indoor 400m Champion" title in style!
City of York AC's Richard Buck won his 400m heat in a time of 47.43: then ran 47.52 in the semi-final for a winning time of 46.41 in the final of the 400m at the National Indoor Championships in Sheffield.
A season's best performance for Richard, who hopes to qualify for the European Championships. The suggested qualifying time is 46.70. so for this season Richard has bettered this twice. Good Luck Richard!
