Individuals

Awards will be given to the first three finishers in each age group at each of the events. The best four positions out of the five events will also be added together for the overall league winners positions.

Teams

Teams may be made up of as many runners as you like. The first three runners in each team will count. Awards will be given to the first three teams at each event . The best four out of the five events will count to the overall league positions.

You may be part of a club team, school team or workplace team.
