2011 Review
This year saw the A and B team merged together in the hope of reaching the play-offs and getting back into the top league. We were up against Gateshead Harriers, Durham City Harriers, Middlesborugh, North Shields and South Shields.
The first match of the season saw Gateshead run away with the league but we managed to finish 2nd by 4pts to Middlesborugh. The 2nd match was held at our home venue but we still didnt manage to win with Gateshead again running away with the win while York finishing 2nd again this time by 6pts to Durham City. During the summer months we had a poor turn out in the 3rd match coming joint 6th with South Shields.
Coming into the final match Gateshead had 18 pts, Middlesborugh 12pts and York 11.5pts and Durham with 9ths with it all to play for going into the last. The team had pulled together and held a better turn out enabling us to finish in 4th place, however with Durham finishing 2nd and Middlesborugh finishing in 5th this lead us to 2nd olace by the slmmist of margains of half a point over both teams.
Final League Standings:
| Position | Team | Points | Outcome |
| 1 | Gateshead Harriers | 24 | Play - Offs |
| 2 | City of York | 14.5 | Play - Offs |

| 4 | Middlesborugh | 14 | |
| 5 | North Shields | 12 | Relegated |
